I help my clients achieve their fitness and health goals through motivating and educating them. It’s much more than giving out exercise orders, my services are about preventative maintenance and saving lives.

I work with each of my clients in my home based gym or at their home site either individually and/or in a small group setting. My goal for all clients is to exceed their nutrition and fitness goals.

 

My approach to personal training is based on the following principles: Empower, Perform, and Transform.

Golf player? Tennis buff? Or are you just looking for an overall fitness routine? Each workout and training plan is customized for YOU. Laine focuses on each client and specific training goals.

The hardest part of weight loss and conditioning is keeping it up! Laine will assist you in the maintenance part of your program, even beyond your personal training sessions.
